THE DRAW, PRIZE & WINNER NOTIFICATION
d. There are four prizes available – one prize for a youth club in England, and one prize for a school in each of England, Wales, and Scotland. The prizes will be awarded in a defined geographical location within the UK. The three regions are defined by postcode and are:
- England
- Wales
- Scotland
Each entry will be eligible to win the prize in their geographical location. Winning entries will be drawn at random on 24.06.25. A number generator will select a number at random from the total number of entries for each country. Each number corresponds to a school or youth club on the list of entries from that region.
Each prize is a visit from a Team GB or ParalympicsGB athlete to the winning school or youth club. The athletes shown in promotional material are not necessarily the athletes that will visit the winning schools/youth club. The visit will take place on a date to be agreed with the winning school or youth club, but it must be redeemed before Tuesday 30th September 2025.
The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available. If reasonable efforts have been made to arrange the visit by Tuesday 30th September 2025, but it has not taken place, the prize will be withdrawn.
e. Winners will be informed by email within 7 days of the draw, when information about the winners will be available by sending an email request with the subject header "Team GB & ParalympicsGB Prize Draw Winner List" to natwestthrive@nationalschoolspartnership.com.
f. The promoter reserves the right to publish or make available such information as is necessary to demonstrate that a valid award took place including, if appropriate, the winning schools/youth clubs.
g. The winning school or youth club agrees to take part in publicity in connection with this prize draw, and that photography/video footage and/or any assets from the visit to the winning school or youth club may be used by the promoter for promotional purposes, including, but not limited to, online, or the promoter’s social media sites.
h. If reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winning school or youth club and no response is received within 7 days, the promoter will be entitled to cancel or re-award the prize as it sees fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
i. The promoter reserves the right to alter, amend or foreclose the promotion without prior notice.
j. The promoter is NatWest Group plc, 36 St Andrew Square, Edinburgh, United Kingdom, EH2 2YB
